Most of this skepticism (you may now be feeling) comes from individuals who have reached, both their professionally and personal goals (as that you? a no = Y a yes = Congratulations). For some individuals, achieving their goals and success has never been an issue. However, it may have taken time for them to achieve their goals, there was usually some mechanism set in place which made their success possible. This mechanism may have been their ability to set goals, resource-assessment, or any other strategy that the majority of successful people routinely rely.

Today, life is more full and fast-paced than ever before. One might assume that a sense of personal fulfillment would accompany this process. What if procrastination doesn’t mean you are lazy or a perfectionist? What if there’s a divine reason for your anxiety or depression? What if your relationship problems are really about lost dreams and hopes? What if your high level of stress and inability to sleep well are red flags with important messages written all over them? What if you can learn to become your own physician, never having to take a drug again? What if you got your life back, seeing immediate results? What if you finally figured out (had an epiphany) that the way you do things does not work and your ready to listen and release? What if you know tomorrow will be ‘always’ the same…. and will ‘never change” as long as you are the way you are? What if I told you LUCK is a acronym for Labor Under Correct Knowledge? Then told my Word S*L*A*R is another Acronym for Stop Listen Analyze Respond? What if the two together meant a Empowered Life that was In your Control?
You may find this hard to believe, but your natural state is to live life full of energy, enthusiasm and with eternal bliss, absolute knowledge, filled with authentic truths and wisdom. Life is a moment to moment journey that you can only live moment to moment. You have a language that is used against you and you may have to relearn to speak. Look in the Mirror and Reconcile.
What’s terrifying, to some, is that a lack of these qualities has been accepted as normal. You’ve been brainwashed into this belief, so much so, that when you come across individuals living with abundant joy you may quickly judge them as odd or naive. When in actuality they are the very ones that will save our future. They choose Life. They don’t believe the hype and they don’t subscribe to fear. They step and command and conquer that which holds them back.. When? Tomorrow, NO!@
NOW
Life’s hiccups (anxiety, chronic pain, disease, jitters, nervousness, paranoia, hate, drama, karma, depression, procrastination, stress etc.) are a beacon of light. Follow the beacon and come home to yourself. Become the 1% that makes a difference everyday…. or commit to once a week. A coach provides the guidance, through powerful questions, tasks, challenges, comfort, understanding, guidance, resources, assistance to become without the need of assistance, deep listening, formation of action plans and heartfelt accountability.
Coaching is positive, focusing on identifying the strengths that empower you and is oriented towards the future of your perfect reflected self. You glance backwards only for understanding to fuel forward movement into your desired future. You come to understand that the past has absolutely no Driving Force (like the wake behind the boat) unless you give it some… the only way you can do this is by taking your pick and shovel and digging up this past. Lets leave the grave digging to those who know it best. K?
Life Coaching occurs in person, by phone, through email or some combination of these three. You will have weekly contact with your coach. Life coaching normally lasts for one year or longer and begins with a three month commitment. All life coaching is an exchange. That exchange can be from monetary to anything of value to you.
